Most of the time but not always. I don't believe you can eat too many veggies unless they are covered in butter. And things like potatoes and avocado.

I just got a hrm and am noticing that all my guesses were overestimated but not by a whole lot. One exercise was overestimated by 150 calories though! :/ Get a hrm!

There is a lot of strength in Insanity but it's your own body weight. I HIGHLY recommend Jari Love! She is on amazon. Her dvds are mostly weight training. You just use small weights. I've heard different things. I LOVE lemon water so I drink it often. Usually I use lemon OIL and not the juice. I have heard the oil has many more benefits. It definitely makes me pee a lot more so I think it helps with water retention. I drink it more if I am retaining water.

I'm on day 3 today! I've started Insanity several times since August but never finish. I really don't like it. It's so repetitive... BUT before I get rid of it, I want to get all the way through it ONCE! Ugh. I'm in it for the long hull this time!

I think one more day would be ok. I wouldn't go for 5 every week though. You need the rest. You could do a little weight lifting or strength training in between. It would help you with your running. You could also add another mile or two to your runs.

I eat real food and my diary is open :) I do have protein smoothies with the powder and the occasional lara bar if I'm out and about but other than that. I eat CLEAN and HEALTHY.

Hairless or little hair. Luckily my husband is mostly hairless anyways. I have always preferred it that way. BUT if he was super hairy, I don't think I'd be bothered by it, it is who he is.

I agree... like eating whatever you want but exercising daily (what I'm more likely to do:/ ) . Or just staying in your calorie deficit while eating terrible foods.

I think you should keep up what you are doing. You are obviously losing fat and building muscle. Just keep it up and soon you will see your arm fat disappearing and those defined muscles showing.
