Ok I just looked at the recommendations again. I really should have the extra strong. I think I'll get that one and then as I lose weight, I can get strong. I want to do more than the health bounce.

Good idea. Thank you so much. I'll talk to him about it before deciding. I'm also on the high end of the weight for strong. I asked the rep and he said to get strong but I still am hesitant. I like the idea of having two sizes though!

That's so awesome! Ok I am mostly worried because I'm not sure if my husband will use it or not but if he does, he is about 200 pounds which is clear at the top of the strong recommendation so I don't know if I should get extra strong or still go with strong... I just started the plan today!! Anyone else can add me!! I'm going to try without tracking my calories I think... I want to keep track more of my progress and workouts on mfp. But if I struggle with portion control still, I'm going to start tracking. I think this plan is awesome and I'm looking forward to it!

I did it for a while and really liked it. I'm doing piyo right now and then will probably go back to Tracy Anderson workouts. It's fun.

The live fit program is mostly heavy weight lifting. That's what I'm currently doing.

I'm half way through it. I really love it but am not seeing results like I thought I would but I'm pretty sure I just need to follow the eating better than I am.

Hi, I'm half way through it. Did you start it? Add me if you did! I'm super nervous about the third phase! Mostly just not knowing how to do all the jump ripping and all that in the gym with the ways its set up. I'll have to change it a bit I think.

Thanks for the great ideas! I'm making a list that I can look at periodically to get moving. We have a Beans and Brews a mile away. That would be a nice walk :) I have a tred mill but it stopped working. I need to see who I would call to have it fixed :/

We did strength today. LOVED it! I hope they add it to the gym as a free class. It costs extra right now which I don't really get. But I really like it! I haven't seen anyone's results or anything so I'm curious.

I didn't enjoy the workouts at all. I wasn't in the best shape when I started and hardly modified at all but by the time I was done, I was in amazing shape and went from a size 12 to a 6. Lifting will help you lose the fat. I add in running with lifting because I love running. Just do what you enjoy and watch what you put in your mouth.

I'm on day 6 today. I love P90X and plan to stock top it till the end! I am struggling though because I just finished insanity and went straight to P90X and feel like I'm not getting enough out of my cardio and have put on a few pounds. :/ I could definitely use some support.

I personally prefer P90X. I just finished a round of Insanity and got decent results. Not a lot of weight lost but lots of inches. It is very intense cardio. No weights but lots of pushups, squats and lunges. I got bored of the same thing every day and I missed weight training.

That's SO good to hear!! I would LOVE to hear what arm band you have if you remember! I saw them on amazon and they look humongous! lol. But If it's comfortable, I'm ok with it. I wish it would fit in my fuel belt!

I have a g2x right now and it fits nicely in my fuel belt. The note wouldn't. I love the size of it and want it! But if that gets in the way of running I would have to get something else. :/

Yeah I would say I noticed more of a difference in month 2! What's crazy is I lost most weight between weeks 1-6 then gained a few pounds in the last 3 weeks so I was getting really discouraged but then that is the time I lost more inches I think. Month 2 is killer!

I mostly stayed around 1500-1900 calories as recommended. I just focused on eating clean foods and a lot of water. I was really hoping to lose a lot more but I was losing inches so I kept going. I'm glad I did!
