I'm almost done with Jamie Eason's Livefit program. I'm not seeing much of a difference but I really love it. (I have a lot of weight to lose that just isn't budging): what next?

    I had an issue with only cardio and found that the scale starting moving again when I decided to start lifting. I generally only use the belted machines but I do push hard and lift the heaviest that I can. I force myself through two sets of at least 10. I have found that this doesn't work for everyone but it did work for me to add the weights to my routine.

    The live fit program is mostly heavy weight lifting. That's what I'm currently doing.

    Forget that. Start Strong Lifts 5X5 program. Skip the supplements and just eat right.
