vodka/diet coke with a lime. One shot of vodka only has about 100 calories!

I eat all of my calories back. I tend to excercise so I can earn that glass of wine with dinner! I usually take Friday and/or Saturday off so I do not burn out.

I have struggled with anorexia in the past. In my opinion, if you think you may be or may be struggling with obsessive issues surrounding food, you need to get help with it before it takes a serious toll on your health.
