I weigh myself every two weeks. i use an electric scale. i do it in the morning. I also take pictures. It is rewarding see all the progress you made. i recommend it. Good Luck. Stay Strong

Congrats! i hope for a very long healthy relationship. you can lose 10lbs in four months. You can lose it in 2 months, if you want. i lose 40lbs in four months, so 10lbs should be attainable. Good luck!!! Stay focused on the goal!
