First I have to say everyone looks great!! Gob well done
Picture was from my sisters wedding in May 2013. 167lbs on a good day.
I started this new challenge right after my summer holidays August 2013.
6mths later...........
December 2013 - 139lbs. Feeling better than ever!!!
I take small goals at a time, but getting there faster then ever expected. Would like to be around 120lbs.
Always looking for more friends for encouragement and support.
