I took my daughter to preschool and and I didn't have a car. I rode her on my bike two miles there and then I would ride home and back to pick her up. After a couple months, I had lost 12 pounds and all the cellulite was gone.

Use a small real peanut butter jar. Of course you'd have to eat te peanut butter. lol

Green tea has at the most 20 mg of caffeine. Coffee has 95 to 135 mg of caffeine. Take an ounce of liquid off of each 8 ounce glass of green tea that you drink for the caffeine. The anti-oxidants in the green tea are well worth it.

I eat fruit all day. I just exercise until it isn't in the number isn't in the red any more. Don't forget that there is 3 grams of fiber in each of those bananas, and I can't lose unless I get at least 20 grams of fiber a day.

I keep doing what I am doing, except I lowered my goal to a half a pound and once a week I have a cheat (piece of pie) and I have been staying at the same weight.

I don't use my exercise to eat more, just to eat what I want. I still eat 1200 calories a day, but exercise so I can eat more fruit and not have a red number on my carbs cause I eat too many. I don't lose unless I eat a lot of fiber and fruit and veggies do it for me. I exercise to feel good.
