  • My basics are usually almond milk either sweetened or unsweetened whatever is available at our stores, and banana and then either berries of some sort or pineapple! will start to cut out the banana though to reduce cals and try to stick to unsweetened almond milk!

  • I often leave it half hour- hour after working out, usually I feel ready for it then. Sometimes if I have done cardio for an hour solid this is when I feel least hungry, compared to yoga! Just eat when you are ready?
  • Thanks for sharing, Often think about cleanses and actually they are total rubbish, you make yourself ill and put more weight back on that when you started. My friend did one with just apples/apple smoothies and water and almost passed out an an exercise class- she couldn't bend over cause she would have toppled forward!!…
