I have started 'running' this week, It's laughable really that I can only manage 2 minutes of jogging at a time, by which point I'm always fairly sure I'm going to die. I have a loooooong road ahead of me. Anywho, my goal is to be able to run a 5k by the summer. Think I should book myself onto one now as added motivation?!
