  • I tried the Whole Earth Corn Flakes this morning, not sure if its all in my head but wasn't thrilled by the flavor! I am very particular when it comes to prepping/eating meat - my main downfall! Feel as though everything is off limits atm haha. I LOVE potato/sweet potato! Thank you :)
  • My consultant told me, this is after three years of countless tests for various things. The intolerance to gluten has been confirmed.
  • If you are in the UK, not protein heavy but try Morrisons Own Spicy bean burgers - taste amazing!
  • I do know that the Health app on Iphone's logs the steps & can be linked with MFP.
  • Thanks all! Been using ON Gold Standard 100% Whey since Thursday and I love it! (Choc Peanut flavour), would recommend the flavor, not overpowering and zero chalky taste!! :) I've been having (forcing myself) to try more fish, since Thurs I've been having tuna for lunch & sole etc. at dinner. Please note guys I do eat fake…
  • I wear Nike trousers to the gym and every pair I own have a back pocket just above your tail bone. They have a zip and my IPhone 6s fits in fine just leave a slight gap for the wire of the headphones to get through. When you sit down in them too on benches etc. the phone is higher up so no worry about squashing it! Have…
  • Taste, texture & ethical reasons!
  • Completely agree. I wish I was one of those people who could happily tuck into meat/fish/poultry for most meals(last night it took me over 45 mins to eat one small bit of fish laden in chilli flakes). I'd love to not have to take supplements (prefer natural consumption for most nutrition) however needs must! Apologies for…
  • I've heard a good few things about that one! I'll keep it in mind when repurchasing :) I watched far too many PETA videos a few years ago, made the full veggie transition but now I incorporate small amounts of poultry/fish if it is not myself who has to prepare it. Only so many beans/pulses one can eat before they go…
  • No I am not afraid of real food for protein, however as mentioned I struggle to eat meat/fish/poultry. I do eat veg/beans/pulses rich in protein however since my macros have just been changed from 50g (what I was previously managing to hit) to 70/80g, yes I do need some additional help by using supplements. I do have a…
  • I've went with the Optimum Nutrition - Gold Standard 100% Whey after reading a few reviews & blogs. I'll keep your recommendations in mind for the future. Thanks everyone! ;)
  • After reading a few sceptial reviews on Amazon I've just ordered direct from the site. 10% off though "NEW17" if any readers are interested. I've planned my diary for the next few days, managing to hit my protein (albeit with a shake included) but at least I'm in the right direction! I like Fage for overnight oats for the…
  • I have just been looking into the flavors of ON Whey, heard good things about the Choc Mint. Spotted the 980g tub on Amazon for £23! Either choc mint or peanut & choc i'll try. I do have fish, like today I am having tuna for my lunch (only fish I can eat) however its a struggle for me to eat meat every meal - have a lot of…

  • I eat round about 1350 a day, I only really log my breakfast and lunch but going to start this week logging my evening meals. I don't get TOM due to the contraception I am on, and I currently drink around 3 litres of water a day.

  • That's great thanks! Few questions.. How long does this mixture last for, how do you store it and how many servings would you say you get from it?
