I understand your not wanting to let anyone down. I feel like I will be pushed even further to not let anyone down since it was my idea to…

This is a great idea! I think to create a post, you have to go to recent topics or something and there should be a link that says "new post". I am trying to find the "groups" LOL

You would see me on the 10:00 news being hauled off to jail. Do NOT mess with MY kids and then tell ME how to raise them!!! :explode: She is not doing anyone any favors with those letters...

O...M...Geezie! That looks so good. Add some french vanilla whipped cream. BOOM!

Exactly. People on here act like we are STARVING ourselves on 1200 calories a day. Seriously, Dr.'s put obese people on 800 calorie a day diets all the time and they don't starve but they do lose the extra weight. If she wants to eat 1200 calories a day why does it matter to anyone else but her? If you want to eat 6,000 a…

I am also at 1200 calories, though I do usually give myself one cheat day a week...but I am trying to get to the point where I don't do that anymore either. Anyway, I don't see anything wrong with eating 1200 cals. I am also very short and have a lot to lose so I am not in any way starving and then I started eating 1200…

Everything in moderation. It it is not something you can maintain, long-term...then I would not suggest doing it. That's how you end up gaining weight back. (Or, that's how I ended up gaining all my weight back). People go on these crazy crash diets and they either give up because it is too hard and unrealistic...or they…

That is amazing! Congrats!!

Tomball (Houston area) here! :drinker:

*drool* glad I don't know how to make that...it could be very bad if I ever learned  Happy Thanksgiving!!!

You said you are scared to increase your calories, but think of it this way...when you hit your goal and go to maintenance, you won't be eating 1200 calories a day and you can't live off of 1200 for the rest of your life. You need to slowly up the calories so your body will adjust. You will continue to lose at a slow,…

Do you have your goals set to lose 2 pounds a week? If so, that is probably where the 1200 calories came from. Even with a sedentary job, someone of your size should be eating more. And because you only need to lose about 15 more pounds, it is going to take much longer than someone like me that needs to lose a lot more. I…

For someone like you with not much to lose and already relatively healthy and in shape, you probably need to increase your calories. It is calories in and calories out. It sounds crazy but you eat more like 1400 a day of healthy foods you will probably start losing again. And as much as you don't like water, your body…

I love it! I haven't made a sandwich with it yet, but this morning I mixed some up and ate it with a banana cut into pieces. SO good! The chocolate kind tastes like if you were to mix pb and nutella. Very good!
-
It is possible! I (re)started about 3 weeks ago as well and I hit 22 pounds today. Congrats!
-
HAHA!! I am almost 30, but I guess I will take that as a compliment

Weekly weigh in starting: 252 current: 249.4 I haven't done measurements yet but I have still made progress!

I have been doing this off and on since 2011. At one point, I had lost 68 pounds. My advice...don't deprive yourself. That way, you won't need to take as many "bad days" to feed your cravings. Moderation is key. I would also recommend playing around with your macros a little. Maybe start yourself with whatever MFP…

I am having one of those days today. I let myself have the "day off" yesterday so today I feel like I can't give in. It is hard, especially at this very moment when work is slow and I am sitting thinking about it. I wish I could offer some advice, but at least you know you aren't alone. And now I realize that too!
