Welcome back! I have to restart it seems every few weeks. It is not hard to lose weight, it is hard to change habits and lifestyle. Just keep moving forward, and when you fall, which you might, just pick yourself up and keep going as soon as possible. Forgive yourself, and go forward, do not let days and then weeks slip…

Hi all All extra pledged miles/jumps/crunches completed. Under calories and waters today. Sorry No challenges completed today (gym was closed due to loss of power thanks to Irene) - I did do some exercises at home, but not the challenges.

Thursday: Waters in, calories under 21s & presses done 400 of 500 crunches done so far 100 of 200 Jacks Done 1 mile of 10 miles completed Ugh, have to get walking to get those miles in!!! Not sure if I can make it but I'll try!

Finished the pledged crunches. Sunday waters in and under calorie goal. Weigh in - 178.2 so 2.8 loss this week. Where can I find week 4 challenges? I need a good September challenge group....any recommendations?

Did you have fun? A lot of losing and maintaining is learning to have fun, but to try to stay in healthy habits. However, if you go a bit overboard (and we all do sometimes!), forgive yourself and move on. Most important thing is that you hop right back into good habits. I hope you enjoyed the beach!

Satruday challenges completed including water and under calories. 300 crunch pledge finsihed this morning! Family party today, but my sister is also a MFP member, so I know there will be healthy choices for me!

181 so no loss. But if my body is following it's typical pattern, any loss from this week will show in about 3 more days, making next week a larger loss than normal, so I am not changing my goal just yet...

10 miles met for challenge under calories waters in didn't exercise outside the miles :-( Hitting the gym tomorrow for another killer workout to start my week right. I am finally feeling myself again.

Sorry team, there is no way I can get exercise in today. I was loving life roaming around George's Island and Lovell's Island (boston harbor islands) with my two girls today....walked for 4 hours...and still sore from yesterday, so I am canning the gym and switching my rest day from sunday to today. Reporting for Thursday - 21s and Jacks were completed, water goal met, 1.5 extra miles logged for 4/10 completed so far. Walking around Harbor Islands all day today, but my legs are so sore from my killer workout yesterday. Hopefully the walking will stretch them out a bit.

Is under calorie goal mean under original calorie goal, or under the amount of calories allowed for the day? I am under the 1200, but earned over 500 exercise calories and really would like a glass of wine tonight (or 2? I'm on vacation!)
