First of all, congratulations you mean machine you! That is a gigantic accomplishment! Now for the news.....it is time to start lifting those weights! This is the only way you will shape your body into the body you've been dreaming of. Check out bodybuilding.com and get going! You can even start doing strength moves…

I love that machine...how could I leave it of the list? Makes me feel like an awesome b****!

I am quitting now with help from a coach from Blue Cross Blue Shield (my health insurance company). He is always an email or phone call away when I am about to cave:-)

The only way I was able to FINALLY solve this issue was weight lifting. Go to bodybuilding.com and look for exercises that work your shoulders, back, and CHEST. There are many you can do with just your body weight, but if you can get two 5 lb dumb bells (or larger), your options will be wide open. First stop, PUSH UPS!…

Wall squats, planks, crunches, leg lifts, lunges, pushups, supermans....I am stuck in an office too:-)

Aw....I just saw this! I would LOVE to participate....

I am having similar issues! I honestly think that I am not being fully honest with myself. My workouts aren't as intense as I often like to think they are and I eat too many calories/carbs and deny it trying to say to myself that my workouts are so intense I need to eat more. So, if you're like me and not being fully…

I am in your boat! So, I decided all we can do is get to work and row the dang boat. Meaning exercise, chug water and start over with the eating. We will fall out of the boat several times on this voyage of life, but as long as we remember how to swim we will keep getting back in the boat and row to our destination :-)

I pretend my tummy hurts sometimes just so I can sit on the toilet with the door locked! :-)

Adorable!

bodybuilding.com is the way to go! There are several free plans available and any that involve barbells can easily be adapted for dumb bells. I have to do that because I can lift around 30 pounds for a lot of things but not quite the 45 lb barbell.
-
Bridges with your calves up on a ball or just down on the floor....do tthem slowly and hold at the top. Then, squat, squat, squat. If you don't have a barbell, hold a dumb bell like a glass and do it to it.

I eat a banana about 45 minutes before I lift and stop drinking water 30 minutes prior. I sip water a few times during a lifting session but the key word is sip. I have found that this combo really helps prevent nausea. I agree with the folks that said maybe you're lifting a little too intensely. Try to split your muscle…

I use Tresemme dry shampoo (its really cheap) for 2 days, then wash my hair really well on the third day. I wait until I'm not sweaty, spray the shampoo on, massage it in, and then blast my hair for about 10 seconds with a hair dry. Viola! Instant volume, less oil, and lots of good smell!

((hugs)) First off, ignore the hubs! Mine is about as supportive as yours....easy for them to say with their super metabolisms! Secondly, I would reccomend eating A LOT MORE. eat around 2000 cals of healthy food and work your booty off! Try doing some heavy lifting and some HIIT (high intensity interval training...google…

Back days are my favorites! I would go with rows of any kind although bent over rows are the easiest to do with good form. Reverse fly where you hold arms in front of face (like protecting yourself in a fight) and then move arms back at the same time until you feel your back squeezed....anything that works your entire core…

You look wonderful! You can really tell a huge difference in the photos that are straight forward or straight from the back! Awesomeness:-)

You look awesome! Congratulations!
