I deadlifted 185 yesterday for reps then helped my husband move all of our furniture and appliances down a flight of stairs, to a new house, and up two flights of stairs and IM NOT DEAD. I'm just a bit sore.

I am struggling through this as well and really the only thing that even begins to help me is to eat enough and put it all in my diary so I can see that YES I am eating enough and then I go to bed really early each night so I don't eat all night.

Well we have stayed super busy the last two weekends so no over eating really. I think staying busy will be the key for me for a while!

I took my skinny jeans out of the dryer this morning, pulled them up my legs and buttoned them. There was zero tugging, tucking, squeezing, or sucking in. This was a major thing for me.

I just had night three with no snacking past 8:30! Feeling a LOT better!

Thank you for the suggestions! I pretty much stay home with my kids all weekend and cook as I go. I will try pre-cooking MY meals for this coming weekend and leave the house more. If we are on the go with prepped food, I think I will be less likely to forage all day. I'll take the cooler bag with me:-)

I carry resistance bands with me when I travel. Read up on some of the exercises for them. They can be done anywhere. When all else fails, write down a list of several body weight exercises such as push ups, planks, squats, leg lifts, burpees etc....then do each one for a min until you've done them all, rest a minute, then…

Gatorade also makes a protein filled drink. If I am out of powder, I slam one of those after my work out. It tastes like G2 (low cal), has lots of protein and electrolytes.

Check out muffintopless.com Savannah Neveux has a great free program called Muffintopless Summer Challenge. They have strength training and cardio and come in three phases. No workouts of hers have taken me more than an hour- an hour and fifteen minutes and those were the longer days.
