I am considered "thin" I guess...and yes, I hold a lot of belly fat. I have had a baby (5 years ago) but this has always been the case for me.

Try a leg press! Also, get into the lunge position and try to hold it with your arms out for 10 seconds each time. You can "pulse" in that position and it will help with strength until you get your balance down....I had to do that before I could do single leg deadlifts with a kettlebell and it helped me focus on my balance.

When I used it, I put my phone in an armband on my upper arm so I got paid for my strength training. As long as I was moving, i could track the time in runkeeper under Other exercise and it worked.

have your therapist contact your RA and see if there is an empty dorm room or any other room that can be locked from the inside that you can use for specified periods of time...then you can go in, lock the door, and get your fitness on!

I took phentermine after I gave birth because I had gained 50 lbs during my pregnancy and had no motivation and was exhausted. I have a full bottom lip....my friend Daniela has perfect lips much like the ones posted towards the beginning with the tooth gap. She has the gap too and ALL I can say is SEXY. JEALOUS.

Could be water retention in your sore muscles, could be muscle added, could be you eat too much because you feel ravenous from running.....just keep swimming...errr....running:-)
