I drank them in college, had one for breakfast, one for lunch, and made my own dinner. I did lose some weight but I usually ate waaayyyy too much at dinner because I was ravenous. I think using them as "snacks" would be okay.

If you feel great with no rest days, why take a whole rest day? if you're getting good sleep at night and feel rested throughout the day, you're doing what is right for you!

I like eggs! Usually I will have 2 or 3 hardboiled eggs and an apple. Also, smoothies are great with a little oatmeal added in! It makes it a little more filling and you stay full longer...the texture isn't as bad as it would seem either! Cottage cheese with fresh fruit is good too!
