It was really hard to get one day under my belt. I hope it gets easier.0 -
It is just hard, especially when you are mentally worn out. Today, I had a solid breakfast. Hopefully, this will help me not eat anything before sleeping. I just need to lose 10 more kg. Already lost 20kg. Just need to keep on going a little longer.0

You'll see. If that don't work try for a more heavier dinner than normal. Try, if you can, save up some extra calories for that bigger dinner too.0 -

New hack: After my run I took a long, hot bath, drank a big glass of seltzer water, and then started dinner instead of diving into dinner like a ravenous beast. I was completely satisfied with dinner and had no urge to LNS. Maybe just taking more time before eating is a good idea!0 -

This is sad.... I went to a football game last night.... Didn't get back home until 11......went to Waffle House.
The only good thing is I remained within my calorie count....

SOOOOOO at lunch today I had some deep fried SWAI....... Who knew that would be 501 of my 1200 calories. Fortunately, I had already set in my mind to workout. Exercised and got 385 of my 501 back. Now if I can just not blow it tonight. Husband will be out with the nephew...... We will see how this pans out..... I have about an hour and a half before food cutoff time.0
