    Done real good last night. Me and the husband were on the town till 2 AM, and years back we either stopped at a convenient store when I got a hot cappuccino and a candy or small bag of chips. This time I didn't feel like eating any. Really wanted the cappuccino, but was able to say no.

    Ooh! I need to join this board.
    I do so well all day and then... after a wonderful, nutritious dinner, when I am not even hungry...I suddenly decide I need to eat half a bag of corn chips! How does this happen?! I would love to hold myself accountable with you folks (even if I am joining mid-month).
    Night before last was my last night "off the tracks." Last night I behaved myself so lets say:
    Me: 1
    LNS: 1
    Now that we are tied, I'll have you folks to keep me honest!

    Stay away from the snacks! ;)
    Just pick a time frame for when you will not eat anything and try to wedge in "a snack" before that time.
    Chips and other finger foods can be broken down into little snack baggies too.

    Hi everyone -
    I was going to wait til Nov to rejoin this challenge, but I have been gaining back the weight I lost so I need to get on board right now. I felt so good wearing my new figure-hugging dress for my son's wedding in Sept. and I just bought more new clothes last month since literally everything was falling off. So, I really really don't want to get out of control again.

    I'm giving LNS the month of Oct to date, but that should be it since I'm sticking to my 9:30 pm cut-off time from now on!
