    It is just hard, especially when you are mentally worn out. Today, I had a solid breakfast. Hopefully, this will help me not eat anything before sleeping. I just need to lose 10 more kg. Already lost 20kg. Just need to keep on going a little longer.

    You'll see. If that don't work try for a more heavier dinner than normal. Try, if you can, save up some extra calories for that bigger dinner too.

    New hack: After my run I took a long, hot bath, drank a big glass of seltzer water, and then started dinner instead of diving into dinner like a ravenous beast. I was completely satisfied with dinner and had no urge to LNS. Maybe just taking more time before eating is a good idea!

    This is sad.... I went to a football game last night.... Didn't get back home until 11......went to Waffle House.
    The only good thing is I remained within my calorie count....

    It's great to see so many new voices contributing to our group. Hearing some remark on their trip-ups, I hope this will encourage them. I've posted variations of it before, but this reminder is in front of me every morning as I start (& log the prior day):

    "Adults devise a plan and follow it. Children do what feels good. Maturity is the ability to delay pleasure." (Dave Ramsey & others) … Am I adulting or impulsing today? Great goals aren't achieved on an impulse or a whim!

    SOOOOOO at lunch today I had some deep fried SWAI....... Who knew that would be 501 of my 1200 calories. Fortunately, I had already set in my mind to workout. Exercised and got 385 of my 501 back. Now if I can just not blow it tonight. Husband will be out with the nephew...... We will see how this pans out..... I have about an hour and a half before food cutoff time.
