Today will be week 1 day 2 for me. The first day went great, I am hoping the heat doesn't make it HORRIBLE today. All in all, I felt like a million bucks Monday after I finished!

I just started couch 2 5k yesterday and I loved it! I have been strength training only this entire year and while I have lost inches...I just don't feel the way I want to feel! I felt exhilirated after "running" yesterday. I had a new goal and I nailed it. It is even going to be hard to wait until tomorrow for day 2! Good…

I'm doing it! I usually just weight lift but I have a small shoulder injury right now so i figured this will be a good time to work on my cardio...I am planning on picking up the weight lifting and other training around the beginning of August...

Eat a light snack before you go....do not eat the salad unless you get a seperate one with dressing on the side, skip the bread and order something broiled or grilled with nothing creamy. Enjoy whatever you end up with!

Wow ladies!!! This is my favorite thread EVER! I am nursing a shoulder injury but now I REALLY cant wait to get back to arms...maybe one arm pushups are in my future?

try tricep extensions with a dumbell and pushups and keep at the cardio but not too much so you don't burn up your muscle....it took me about 2 months to really notice a difference in how my arms looked.

I lift a lot and eat pretty healthy and watch my portions but my waist just sits there and refuses to whittle away!! After looking at your pics, Insanity is it!

I had the same problem after losing weight after having my son....4 years later I starting doing a lot of weight lifting and voila, much better texture. they dont feel "fluffy" anymore

I agree with the others...get a new trainer immediately. Or, get rid of the trainer and go to bodybuilding.com and pick a plan or look up exercises with dumbells and bands and make your own plan!
