Oh my goodness, I got to week 4 and could barely complete jogging 5 minutes at once. I got discouraged and haven't done it again. :-( Don't be like me, just keep working at it. Your body will progress when it's ready. Good luck!!

Are you doing it on a treadmill? If so, you can create your own exercise in the database and log in your calories burned and the minutes you exercised. That's what I've been doing. If you are on the treadmill, be sure to program in your age and weight also. Hope that helps!

Just completed W3D4 last night! Yeehaw! Not sure how I'm going to do on week 4. The three minute runs are still a little bit of a struggle. Running to music sure helped though. Walk 3.2 - 3.5 Run 5.0-5.2

Yay for you! I agree the 1st one wasn't so bad but I had to pause during the walking segments as I started to tire. . . . I think it's getting easier though.

I did Week 3 Day 1 tonight - can't believe I ran for 3 minutes! :-) On my off days I don't do anything. Getting to the gym to do the C25K program seems to be all I can fit in at this time.
