  • Thanks for support. I will try even harder :-) The truth is that I am stronger (I can make more push ups and even pull ups) so I will continue. During last 4 weeks, I tried to eat around 50% of proteins and now, I am eating around 45%. I hope I will see better results any time soon :happy:

  • Today is my DAY1 - I have just completed Chest&Back - I hope I will be able to move tomorrow. I did my best and I can feel even now that tomorrow will be PAINDAY :laugh:
  • Just stay with the plan. As I see it, you are Phase 1 and Level I of P90X. The Plan says 1 medium fruit per day (up to 100cal). If you have more than you know ... :wink:
  • Hi Folks, today is my DAY1. I hope I will survive those 90 days. I have a question regarding food. Based on the formula I am level III (of course) but I can not eat all those things - It is simply too much. Did anyone have similar problem?
