ive said it in so many posts but eat a stupid amount of vegetables, i eat at least 1kg on veggies a day and i have no problem sticking to a diet, also find a picture you hate of your self and use that as motivation

i think its impossible to not go over sugar lol i eat a lot of fruit and that alone sends me way over :(

i had half a chicken pizza, but had peppers and other veggies on it and it was only 480 cals :) not much of a cheat and i was still within calories for the day but meh i havent had pizza in forever!

theres not many days where i go dont go over 80 grams, i wouldnt even worry about the sugar content in fruits or veggies, the only real crappy source i get it from is bbq sauce and stir fry sauces :)

Fiber!! its so simple.. for dinner i just had 270grams of lean pork, 100g peas and 400g broccoli and i feel more than satisfied and before eating i was starving, i also have a crazy appetite, but yea just eat loads more fiber ..

i HATE runny oatmeal, like it nice and wet but not too runny lol ... but anyway, 100g oatmeal, 40g flaxseed, 40g honey really healthy, great complex carbs, and healthy fats, cut honey too half if your trying to lose weight :)

first of well done on losing a lot of weight :) i have the same problem with food, my stomach is literally like a endless pit, doesn't matter how much food/fiber i have i am never full :(

Here in the uk we have something called sack a jacks, they are just flavoured rice cakes but they are soooo good !!! No fat no sugar. They make a great substitute
