Thanks so much! I will definitely try upping my calories for a week and then going back down and see if that helps. Also I think I should for sure invest in a good kitchen scale. I'll also have to take my measurements tonight and see if they have changed since last time. I haven't checked in a while. Thanks!

I don't log my water because I already know I drink way more than 8 glasses a day and was always forgetting to log it. I love water though, so that's not an issue. :) Thanks!

Well its set for 1290 calories a day, but on the days that I work out I've been eating back some of those calories. Plus, this week I was trying to eat a bit more in hopes of fixing this plateau.
