saute it ! With onions, tomatoes, Mushrooms,Lemon juice, Black pepper and little bit of cayenne pepper .. Love this over Grilled Chicken breast or Salmon.. Good luck !

I grew up with her music. I listened to every song up until she crossed over. she is very talented, you just didnt get the opportunity, to listen to her when she really rocked..( before her grand crossover)

YES!!. 10-15 minutes. water has to be warm, and you can use lavendar drops.. Do it, right before bed, you will sleep like a baby.

I completely understand, I have 3 kids and am also running around like crazy.. At first my husband also wanted a minivan, But I am in my 30's and really wanted something that still would make me feel young and cool( even if its just running errands) As for gas, It averages 17-18 miles a galloon.

Got from Christmas. Fills up with 60- and that usually last over a week.. and its 4 wheel drive =) I fell in LOVE, lol

I have wide feet and a high arch .. I tend lean towards, Nike and new balance. But before you purchase, you should get your feet checked. just so they can check your arch for you..

Get everything ready the night before. I sometimes feel them looking at me, and that only motivates me to continue pushing myslef, so they cant say, ' the fat girl stopped cause she couldnt do it' . but overall, I feel that they encourage me, on the way in saying hi and on the way out, saying bye.. just the acknowledgment that I am there, makes a difference

I am up by 420a, monday to friday. My motivation Monday to thursday, is Gym is empty and I will not have to fight for a machine. lol. On fridays, its get up early so i coudl have movie night and Or pizza with my kids. So far its working for me. Good Luck!

I have heard of this, but it isnt a diet. Its used to find out what food you are allergic to. AS a diet, its sounds horrible.

i just took a look at your diary and your eating tons of things that are full of carbs. Dinner rolls, soda, alcohol. try to stay away from those as much as you can. Give yourslef a cheat day a week to indulge and get those craving out of the way, trust me. I have been eating good and on my first 2 cheat days i felt so sick…
