If you got to 186 before you can do it again. Drink lots of water. I as well went down and then lost my job got sad gained some back. I get hungry at night. So I eat vegetables and fruit. Go for walks. I hope your depression gets better. Life sucks at times. Keep your head up.

Hi I have 101 to lose but I have already lost 35 before I joined here. You can do this! It is hard but it can be done. I do a lot of walking. I am lazy on the weekend. What helps me is I have a cut off point to after that time I don't eat. If I need to I eat fruit and vegetables. Nothing heavy at night. Just keep telling…
