yay thats the spirit :-) im on day 4 and no longer stop for breaks which im shocked at as i was unfit who only walked around pushing my son in his pram!

level 1- day 4 completed! its getting much easier! i have to keep moving to stop my legs being sore

i use 5kg weights! level 1 - day four completed, its getting easier now!

you might do if you eat healthily! ive dieted for two weeks with no exercise and lost 8lbs! fingers crossed! you can do it!!!

I did day 3 level 1! i was so excited to do it but man it was tough today! i had to keep stopping

I usually give up after two days! so ive started again today! but i didnt have any breakfast and lunch and just ate loads of junk! ooops!

just did my first day! i did all of it! im very suprised with myself!! although i started to shout noooo at the tv in the last ab workout! im knackered now haha! i used 5kg weights! im going to be in pain tomorrow!
