In the morning is when you are at your true weight. This is the best time to weigh. The further in the day, food and water effect your actual weight.

I find that if I have had a bad day that I feel better if I release all that negative energy into my workout. I lift a little more, or pedal a little faster. Keep up the hard work and just channel those bad days into something positive.

I have only been on a few days and am loving it. It helps you keep track of everything you neet to. Good luck with your goals and just remember to not get down. You will do great.
