Well I am fairly new. I have been tracking food and excersice for a couple of weeks, but this is my first post! I almost fell "off the wagon" yesterday after a very stressfull day of work! I am hoping that chatting and hearing from other people will help with the motivation!

  • I find that if I have had a bad day that I feel better if I release all that negative energy into my workout. I lift a little more, or pedal a little faster. Keep up the hard work and just channel those bad days into something positive.
