i started about 3 weeks ago and i have only lost a pound idk what im doing wrong.

monday i do chest. tuesday ill do legs. wedsnday ill do back, thursday ill do abs, friday arms.

yea i am trying to lean out down to 150 for my normal weight and people said to do weight training and 30 mins of cardio and track all my foods.

i eat the smart ones with pancakes and turkey sausage only has 280 calories.

i am a 5'5 male 192 pounds and my doctor wants me at 150 its going to be so hard
