like what type of foods should i eat i usually wake up at 9 am and go to bed at 11 and i am a college student now and i really dont know what type of food to have threw the day. school is usually from 11 to 230 everyday for me.

been lifitng weights but not losing any weight
ive been kinda bummed because i have been following my diet and been doing my cardio and been weightlifting heavy weights but i cant seem to loose any weight does anyone know why?its really frustrating and makes me going to the gym very unmotivated.

is it bad to eat dinner after you workout? cause i usally eat dinner at 9 and bed by 11 should i eat dinner before i go to the gym? and have a shake afterwords?

BMR and RMR help
basically i am confused on how many calories i need for the day. so my BMR 1,895 and my RMR 1,758 so basically i don't know how many calories i should be taking in just really frustrating.
