Need help with my diary

can someone look at my diary from the past 2 days and tell me what im doing wrong i feel like im eating all decent foods i just dont really want to mess up.

    looks good to me. you dont need to be so far under goal though, eating too little can be as bad for you as eating too much. aim to be 100 cals either side of your goal every day.

    You're on the right track, but you need to eat more and reach your minimum calorie goal. Also, I don't know if you're not recording your water consumption, but you need to drink WATER!! Minimum 8-8oz. glasses per day. It seriously makes a huge difference.

    Hi there. I think you are eating too little for first of all, being male and I am assuming you are working out. I can't see your salt and sugar intakes, but I would think with some of the food choices you may have high sodium and sugar intakes. You can adjust your settings to view these two options.

    its weird because i was looking at my macros it says i need to eat 2490 calories a day to loose one pound a week.

    but it has me at 1900 cals to loose 1 pound a week
