its weird because i was looking at my macros it says i need to eat 2490 calories a day to loose one pound a week.

pre workout i always have rice cakes good carb choice for me. and post workout i usally have a meal like 5 oz of chicken and cup of rice.

each week i was going to switch back and legs doing them twice a week

basically if you loose 5 pounds per week your going to be whats called skinny fat. cause your gonna loose the muscle you have with your fat.

Semper fi i recently got out in june got a medical discharged when i got out i gained a lot of weight im like 190 now and im only 5'5 so im trying to get back down to 160 but see is 1600 calories a day im getitng but im not tired or weak i just get really full if i eat more then that.

well i started drinking alot more water now

i run for about 30 mins on the treadmill

im gonna try to eat two hours before the gym and when i get home drink water and eat 2 pieces of fruit and water and see how that works.
