Brocolli has more fiber than rice0

Broccoli is great. High fiber and full of all sorts of phytonutrients. I also find it filling, particularly when you factor in the calorie load (or lightness thereof). Just stay away from the cheese sauce if you want to keep the calories down. (A little rice - about 1/2 cup cooked - is good to go along with the chicken and broccoli for balance)0

Same here! I roast pretty much any vegetable and find that brings out the flavor very well. Roasted some cauliflowers and carrots today w/no oil or butter and it was delicious.0 -

Indian style in a tomato/onion/ginger/garlic/chile gravy is awesome, or stir fried in a small amount of oil in a super hot pan with other veggies.0

One of my easy, no thinking dinners for work is rice , chicken breast and frozen broccoli and cauliflower . We have an warmer oven at work and this is perfect by the time I get to eat. I find it filling and it gives me good macros and energy .0

I like it steamed with light Italian dressing, in stir fries, raw in salads, mixed with potatoes and cheese, roasted, with radicchio and carrots raw with light coleslaw dressing. On pizza, in quiche, in Mac and cheese. In veggie lasagna. It is by far my favorite veggie :happy:0

i just want to incorperate more with my dinners like more veggies0
