How accurate is it? it came up for me as to take in 2730 calories a day and i want to go go on a diet so should i just cut 10% of to start on my diet?

I asked this same question as I am around the same TDEE as you. I know I've gained weight in that range though, so just commenting to be included in this thread. I only got one response on my post BTW...0
