1/4 dry makes 3/4 cup cooked and thats 45g how many grams would be a cup lm slow with math lol. just trying to adjust my macros.

    60 grams per cup

    45 gram / 3/4cup = 15 grams per 1/4 cup

    15 grams per 1/4 x 4 = 60 per cup

    if 3/4 is 45g, that would mean that each 1/4 is 15g, so I think that would make a cup equal 60g?
