Sooooo I was stuck at a 184 for some time. I then added a surplus of cals every sunday to my weekly regimens. I then began to lose at a steady pace of 1 lb per week. Are you saying that when I did this it was like taking a 2 week break of maintanence?

Alot of ppl in my network will eat at a daily deficit for 6 days and then spike on a sunday. Spikes metoblism and helps to stimulate loss. For me, I jus love eating 3000-4000 calories in a day. All about weekly totals
