Plantar Fasciitis is extremely painful. I had it about for 8 months. I had to stretch my foot every morning before getting out of bed. For about 5 minutes. Used my hand to pull the ball of foot back towards my knee. Keep doing it. It takes awhile to heal. If it isPlantar Fasciitis.

tuna isn't farm raised. And they follow warm water currents coming out of the south. I can my own tuna. If you buy veggies out of grocery stores do you know what the farmer uses to control bugs and weeds from this country and other countries.

I too was also told not to waste food. So I have a problem of eating left overs before they go bad, wether I'm hungry or not. I've gone to making enough for 3 to 4 days. I work rotating 12 hour shifts.2 days then 2 graveyards. I try to eat light on graveyard. I feel like crap if I eat anything heavy. And 8 to 12 glasses of water. Still eat 5 to 6 times a day. Try to stay around 1400 calories.and don't eat after 3:00am. Shift run 6 to 6

Ladies need your opinion. Was reading if my goal is 1500 calories. I should eat 1200 on monday 1800 on Tuesday 1500 on Wednesday. So my body doesn't get use to same amount of calories. And think it should go into starvation mode. As burn more with exercise. Joyce of SW Washington
