I'm on day 8 I feel wonderful. Lost 6 lbs. But most of all my knees don't hurt near as much. That is why i tried this not because of weight lose. First 4 days were tough for me. Joints hurt headaches. Plan for when you have 3 days at home I sleeped on and off for 2 days. But now all is good. Had to change a few things.can't afford everything. When I add dark chocolate gained 2 lbs.0
