I see the same thing. I try to weigh at the same time (morning), but only every week/2 weeks. This way, I feel like I can see an actual weight loss versus everyday fluctuations.

Now that I'm at maintenance, I'm working harder to tone what was underneath, by weight-lifting, body weight resistance, etc. and less cardio

I like Physique 57. It's a workout that is based on ballet type moves. It used isometric movements with no lifting, but hurts so good! :) Found it on Amazon

I'm not sure if the iPhone has this, but Runtastic is good because it can track distance, time, speed, and a calorie estimate based on your weight. You can also set it to tell you when you've hit a mile or a time. It can be linked to MFP.

I eat 2 Pop-Tarts for breakfast (400 Cal). Then gauge the rest of the day. I love my Pop-Tarts :) I guess that would be a partial cheat day.....but it fits my calories

There is now a Dr. Pepper Ten (10 calories). Also, if you like Sprite Zero, you might like Fresca. It has a sprite-like taste with no calories or caffeine, but no diet aftertaste.

I usually eat: Thomas' 100% Whole Wheat Bagel Thin (325 cal) or English Muffin (335 cal) with a tbsp of peanut butter and a sliced banana -or- De Wafflebaker's buttermilk pancakes (3 for 260 cal) with Sugar Free Syrup (approx. 40 cal)
