Protein Powder Recipes

I have been eating this every morning for months now:
2 packets Quaker Instant Oatmeal (Original)
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (type depends on calories). Currently, I am using Designer Whey Chocolate because it is only 100 calories/scoop and doesn't have a "sugar-free" aftertaste.
1 Tbsp of whatever Peanut Butter you like.
Gives you a little carbs, and quite a bit of protein to keep you full.
This recipes averages between 350-400 calories depending on what you use0 -
Serving size 1/6th. 359 cals per serving and 32g protein.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, cover with Saran Wrap and leave in the fridge overnight. Stays good for about 5 days in the fridge. Also delicious.
I also chop up the almond and chips so its got great texture!0
