I am reading a book that is keeping things very exciting. It talks about goals, and targets- I like the small targets leading to a bigger goal- just sounds better. I like to hit many targets and see the end point the goal- everything in the middle becomes the journey.

If you are eating berries ( anything where you are eating seeds) you are already on the right track.
