I have been on THM way of eating since January 1st 2016 and have lost 14lbs! My goal is 2lbs a week. If you stay under your 1600 calories you will lose the weight faster. Just count everything that you put in your mouth, even a piece of gum! and all the extras, like mayo and salad dressing and any sauces. they all ad the calories up fast!
