I also use dry shampoo and it works well for me. I have colored my hair for years and one of my biggest setbacks in working out was not doing it because I would have to shower and wash my hair right after. Now I just stick my hair up, wash my face/body and then use dry shampoo after I'm out.

I'm a preschool teacher and a parent i hadnt seen for a few months stopped in his tracks and went "Holy Crap! You're losing so much weight! Most of the time if someone looks smaller ill ask them "Hey are you losing some weight?... but with you.. well i don't even need to ask, you look fabulous." That made my entire week XD

thank you so much for all the tips and help everybody! you guys are such an inspiration and I have never been more excited for anything in my entire life :) I swear I dream about tough mudder almost every single night lol. sadly I do not really have a team to run with but my brother will be running with me.

Oh my goodness... I am so proud of you! I don't know you, but you are awesome!! Great job! I lovvveee running in the rain and here in Florida we get plenty of it :) I love running in the rain at 11:30 @ night to be exact XD Only downside is that I live in the lightning capitol of the world but it makes me run faster when I hear that thunder above me :) keep up the good work!
