I use an app on my I-phone called Yoga studio. I would recommend if you are just starting out in yoga to go to a studio so you can learn the correct way to pose. Got in a 45 minute swim and walked with my kids for 20 minutes. ;)

So yesterday didn't make my 60. I did get in a 20 minute walk but I spent time with my family so I can't say it was a fail. Back to my 60 minutes today!

You can add me. I don't have knee problems but I started loosing because my shoulder and back ached horribly. I joined with several friends and most of them don't log on much/at all anymore so I need some new friends too and I love your attitude of getting healthy for health not for vanity. I love tea. I mostly drink English Breakfast tea and sometimes I drink Darjeeling. I rotate between sweeting it a little and drinking it "black." :wink:

I love spaghetti squash. I don't always bake it though. If you poke holes in it with a fork you can also microwave it on high for 11 minutes. Just adjust slightly if you get a super small squash - I accidently exploded my last one. :) Super yummy with basil pesto and chicken! Now I think I will have to get one for next…

I would say give it another try and look into the different types of yoga. Hatha yoga is good for a beginner and vinyasa with adjusted poses can be good too. My yoga instuctor starts each new session with a reminder that we leave our "ego" at the door. We are not doing yoga as a competition but to become more flexible and…
