  • I'm quite a bit in... and I think I often feel hungry because I think about it. For example, I often crave KFC... but then when I was a little naughty (hehe) and actually ate some it didn't make me feel very good. Filling my snack times with water, fruit and yogurt does the trick ;)

  • Don't quote me on it, but I'm fairly sure no matter what the goal you set... it will automatically create the warning message if you eat under 1,200 calories. I had the same thing happen when I ate under 1,200 with my daily goal being 1,270.
