nmalek.. I have done both and it sucks!! Doing 2 workouts in the same setting is exhausting, which may cost you to have loose/lazy form with the weight sets and your form. If you have the time, I would suggest you give your body at least 8hrs to re cooperate and do one routine in the AM and then another in the PM. You may…
