My job is very active, too, and all the exercise equipment in the basement including the DVDs and game consoles are totally wasted on me. I prefer to be outside actually working my body and it sounds like you do as well. Get rid of the equipment, focus on better meals (haven't seen your food diary). When you're settled in…

Mine too, even when I was a tiny little cross country runner. It's just the way we're built and the reason I avoid all those cute dresses in stores. Invest in some bike shorts.

Not an anime household but we love our geeks, scifi, & fantasy shows/movies/books. I'd be happy to join in.

I walk dogs for a living (own my own pet sitting business) and MUST have pockets. For you I'd recommend a backpack for the dog and an arm-sleeve-dohicky for the phone. Alternately, yep, fanny pack! Not fashionable but sometimes function must come first.

Don't apologize. Some days you've just gotta eat. Cake is my downfall so I try very hard to keep it out of the house. Gotta look into those coffee mug sized cakes you can microwave (pinterest). That would calm my cravings and keep me away from a full pan. :blushing: But again, don't apologize. Work to advance but be…

I'm almost a year into an ankle problem because I was stupid and didn't go to the ER right away (July 4th, happy busted ankled anniversary). Google peroneal tendonitis. Does that look right for your symptoms? Otherwise, just keep icing and following dr's orders. Good luck.

You can leave anyone and everyone else, but you are stuck with you. Work on making yourself happy and healthy and let everyone else pound sand. Check out the Health At Every Size movement and this blogger - http://danceswithfat.wordpress.com/

I was on Daily Burn for 2 years. Nice web site and there's plenty of helpful info but I moved here because it's free.

Perhaps but I know several people that use the morning coffe to help keep them regular.

Diet sodas have no calories either but they should be listed separately.

Willing to give it a try. I like to add a bit yellow mustard for a little more zing.

Taste and texture are more like a crepe. Tasty yes, pancake no.

On your next blood test ask the doctor to check your magnesium levels. Mine were way low so I now take a supplement and that gets things moving. (Start slow with magnesium supplements!) As for the bloat? Wish I had some ideas. Some days I drink a ton of water and it stays with me, other days I drink very little but can't…

HAES - health at every size! Welcome to the journey of your life, no one here gets out alive. Good luck on achieving your goals but remember to think positively about even small changes and accomplishments. When I lost 15 lbs my blood sugar and A1c corrected themselves. Now I'm controlling diabetes with diet &…

So sorry that fella decided to share his negativitiy with you. Have you ever seen this blog; http://danceswithfat.wordpress.com/ She's into health and acceptance rather than the Hollywood ideal. Love her profile pic - I'm certainly not that flexible! Have a glass of water, take a deep breath, and start fresh tomorrow.

Just found this recipe on pinterest. http://tastykitchen.com/recipes/special-dietary-needs/spaghetti-squash-with-grilled-chicken-and-sun-dried-tomatoes/# Also, cut cooking time down by stabbing that squash multiple times and microwaving it for about 8 minutes.

Those are bulking up on the good side of nutrition. Of course you count them. Now that order of Wendy's french fries I had last night - no, I really didn't want to count those but if it goes in the mouth it gets counted.
