Tease. What is it?

I love my toaster oven! Use it all the time.

Overestimate the calories you eat. Underestimate the exercise you do, and don't eat back those calories.

Go slow adding magnesium. Too much and you'll rocket off the toilet, but it's a great addition and also helps relieve leg cramps/restless legs.

Looking for friends that regularly top 15,000 daily. I just adjusted my stride down on my Charge hr and switched it to dominant hand as I really feel it was over reporting. Seems more in line now but I walk for a living and I feel bad crushing the few friends I have that do the challenges. geckospot

I do container and in ground gardening. It's still too cold here (Delaware, USA) to put anything out but I was happy to see my strawberry plant sent out a runner. Hooray for perennial plants and free baby plants!

Birdseye makes a frozen veggie mix that's great for stir-fry. We add extra water chestnuts and chicken. It comes with a sweet spicy sauce that you can use or freeze. Simple and tasty.

Most of my frequently used recipes are in a Hershey's kisses bag tucked into my spice rack. On Pinterest I've got 6-8 separate boards for recipes. My 1st one was totally overloaded so I started splitting them up into Recipes - desserts, Recipes - Vegetarian, Recipes - sides, etc.

So what will you wear when you're under a size 0?

Grate broccoli instead of or in addition to cabbage. Add all your other slaw ingredients. Yum!

Mrs Dash = salt substitute

Love it! I had the Flex but it died so I took my hubby's One. Didn't like wearing that ugly bracelet anyway. The One clips into my pants pocket and I wear it every day. I haven't synched with the site since I switched to the One, but I write down mileage every day. I've been using one for about a year.

Thanks for all those tips. With the heat and past bloodwork I do supplement magnesium and potassium. I'm trying to stay off meds. I already take Celebrex for my knees and the side effects lists are just ridiculous! Slow increases in magnesium supplements helps to avoid the trots. :-)
-
Thanks for that tip. Bloodwork is due soon.

I'd just put it in as yard work or gardening. And since you do it constantly underestimate it or you'll get a false increase in calories.

Burgers. Eddie Murphy uses some NSFW language but this is all I can think of when people want to cook with green peppers. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=08c0BXTVpfs

I agree with ceoverturf. Also, how did you feel the next day? It's no good continuing one day and not being able to move for the next 3. Gotta find the balance.

Found this link on tricep exercises the other day. http://www.skinnymom.com/2014/01/01/top-5-moves-for-toned-triceps/#.UtBcmhbvxz8 Give that try.

3 lbs of water weight - EASY! There are days when I drink all the fluids and but hardly visit the loo. Then there are days when I see the potty side of every building. 8 cups of water is 64 oz. Way more than you really need in a day.

I've started over-estimating calories and underestimating exercise. FINALLY seeing some actual improvement (and then I go on vacation). Keep at it.

On this go round I'm able to keep hunger pangs at bay by having 5 small meals. I also walk a lot but have been under-reporting my exercise so I don't get overinflated calorie allowances.

Got a new sport for you. Open the window and chuck that scale out. Repeat weekly and see if you can beat last week's distance. :-)

Ever been pregnant? Yes they're real. Doesn't mean you have to give in to them all the time. Sometimes they're more like a passing fancy. But when they stick with you for hours/days it's time to have a few Junior Mints (or salt & vinegar chips, or a burger, or whatever).

I letterbox but dabble in geocaching. Please don't take the stamp if you come across a box with just a stamp and notebook inside, it's probably a letterbox. Seeya on the trails!!!

I have a dog. Great way to start your cardio. Also elliptical, Wii, hand weights - none of which are being used. The dog is my best workout.

There should be a trainer to walk you through all the equipment and answer any questions. If not, you need a different gym. Just winging it is a good way to hurt yourself.
-
LOL, a larger dog shouldn't have any trouble passing this. A teeny little dog might be in trouble (or a lot of pain). Hope it all works out quickly.

Don't starve yourself. I do try to leave a few calories on the table, but not hundreds. That's how you sabotage yourself.
