Geocaching = Caloric Burn

I Geocache all year around, though its not so easy in the winter months. It is a great way to get outside and create some motion and emotion in your day. Never heard of it? Click the link below (or copy and paste it into your address bar) Anyone with a smartphone can do it for free. Just please respect the rules.

Happy Caching!

    There's a group of cachers here on the boards, although it's not very active lately: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/203-geocaching-

    I love geocaching, although we haven't actually done it in quite awhile. :tongue: Always love looking a few up when we travel though - best way to find cool parks and locations in unfamiliar cities!

    Can't wait till it warms up!! Love, love, love geocaching. Got hooked on it last year. Would take my kids with and we called it treasure hunting. My hubby kept hearing the kids talk about treasure hunting so I took him out one day. Guess what, he's hooked as well.

    Now we have a dog so we won't look so conspicuous at some locations. Lol!

    Love to geocache too! The snow has slowed us down (a lot!) ... am looking forward to spring!

    I letterbox but dabble in geocaching. Please don't take the stamp if you come across a box with just a stamp and notebook inside, it's probably a letterbox. Seeya on the trails!!!
